Shoutbox a.k.a tagboard/chatbox, is an easy to use messaging system that allows you to interact with others instantly.
The advantages of this custom shoutbox is that the page does not require refreshing to update messages, therefore, if there are 2 individuals looking at the shoutbox at the same time, their messages will pop up without having to refresh.
